A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for parts of Northern Kentucky, according to the National Weather Service.
The warning was issued for parts Kenton County and Boone County.
Forecasters said at 5:24 p.m., a severe thunderstorm was located near Union, moving northeast at 40 mph.
Residents Hebron, Florence and Erlanger will be impacted. The warning is in effect until until 5:45 p.m.
