It also has the fastest lifts worldwide that can reach a vertical speed of up to 45 mph.
The CTF in the names of the buildings is an abbreviation for Chow Tai Fook since it is owned by Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.

CITIC Tower (China Zun) is situated in the Central Business District of Beijing, China.

Shanghai World Financial Center is situated in the skyscraper-studded district of Pudong in Shanghai and operates as a global center of finance and commerce.
Inside this amazing building are offices, restaurants, meeting rooms, shopping malls, and observation towers.
The tower has a trapezoid opening to the top and an aerial control function called Variable Air Volume (VAV), intended with a diagonal structure to mitigate twisting and compressive stresses from people inside the construction, wind, and heavy machinery.
